This is freeware utility from DirectX 8 SDK. Download it here: graphEdt.exe (150 kB only!!!) Download DirectX8 SDK for VB (15 MB) or Download DirectX8 SDK for VB (15 MB) The file is graphedt.exe (150 kB) in /UTILITIES folder, you can download it for free together with big DirectX 8 SDK from microsoft site.
